Category G1 (Minor) geomagnetic storming occurred on 28-29 August due to a combination of coronal hole high speed stream and coronal mass ejection effects. Outlook For September 1-7 A slight chance exists for a category R1 (Minor) radio blackout for the forecast period (Sep 01-07).
