Category R2 (Moderate) radio blackouts were observed on 08 May due to flare activity from active sunspot Region 2056. Outlook For May 12-18 A chance for R1-R2 (Minor-Moderate) radio blackouts exists throughout the period due mainly to potential flare activity from active sunspot Region 2056.
